We make a variety of salads based on seitan, tofu and vegetables. They are completely vegetable, prepared with a dressing and delicious.

Ingredients

Seitan* (wheat gluten*, water, shoyu* (water, soybeans*, sea salt, wheat*)), carrots*, sunflower oil*, water, soy milk*, curry* (1.2%), mustard*, vinegar*, corn starch*, sea salt, carob*.

(*) From organic cultivation.

May contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts, celery, sesame and lupine.
