Ingredients

  • Black rice to serve 4
  • ½ melon or cavaillon melon, in cubes or balls
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • ½ fennel, very thinly sliced
  • Mild olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 4 Abinda Mumbai Magic burgers

Black rice with melon and Mumbai Magic burger

preparartion

Cook the rice as directed on the packet. Wash and slice the vegetables.

preparation

  1. Fry the burgers lightly in olive oil on both sides, or place on the BBQ.
  2. Mix the vegetables carefully through the rice.
  3. Add a good dash of mild olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the melon (cubes or balls).
  5. Serve with strips of burger and a slice of fennel.
