Ingredients

Sauce

  • 200 g De Hobbit Minced Seitan (or minced tofu)
  • 1 punnet of finely-sliced wild mushrooms
  • A handful of fresh baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 small pot of Abinda Mushroom Salad

On the side:

  • 1 spiralized courgette

  1. Fry the mushrooms and De Hobbit Minced Seitan in olive oil until golden brown.

  2. Add salt and pepper and stir in a pot of Abinda Mushroom Salad before serving.

  3. Serve the sauce on the courgetti and garnish with fresh basil.
