Ingredients
- 2 small packets of Abinda Falafel
- Vegetable cooking oil
- 1 avocado (about 250 g)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 150 g Abinda mayonnaise
- ½ onion, roughly chopped
- 1 tomato, roughly chopped
- 8 lettuce leaves, shredded
- 4 large flat breads

- Heat the oil in a cooking pan and fry the falafels until brown all over. Place on kitchen paper to dry.
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl with the lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add the onion and tomato and mix thoroughly.
- Divide the salad and avocado over the flat breads and place the falafels on top. Wrap the fillings in the flat breads.
