Hazelnut burger with grilled peaches with hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe peaches
  • 4 Abinda hazelnut burgers
  • 100 g hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • Olive oil with garlic flavour
  • Coarsely ground black pepper

preparation

  1. Preheat the grill. In an oven dish lay pieces of peach, roughly chopped hazelnuts, thyme and lemon peel and mix everything together well.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and season liberally with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place the burgers under the grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning regularly.
  4. Serve the burgers with the peach mixture.
