  1. Chop the celery, carrot, tomato, onion and celeriac into small cubes and fry in olive oil until brown. Season with rosemary.
  2. Make a spicy tomato sauce.
  3. Cook the wholegrain pasta and mix in the fried vegetables. Top with a little sauce.
  4. Seitan mignon pané: squeeze out with a ring shape and fry in oil.
