Vegan fondue with potatoes, grapes and red wine

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 300 g grapes
  • 75 ml red wine
  • A couple of bay leaves
  • Rosemary
  • 2 star anises
  • Sea salt
  • 2 packets of Abinda Vegan Fondue

Vegan fondue with potatoes, grapes and red wine

preparartion

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

preparation

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Place them in an oven dish, add the onion, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with the herbs and mix together. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Then add the grapes, the red wine, the star anise and bay leaf. Mix together again and roast in the oven for a further 30 minutes.
  • Mix and then spoon onto a plate and serve with the baked Abinda Vegan Fondue.
