- Marinate a piece of seitan in soy sauce. Cut the seitan into 1 or 2 cm cubes.
- Dip the pieces in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs or a crumb coating. Sprinkle with paprika powder and add pepper to taste. Fry until crisp in a little olive oil.
- Toss the crunchy pieces into a soup.
